By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood the service scope, pricing, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and applicable conditions before confirming the engagement.
The client is responsible for evaluating their business requirements and selecting the services that best meet their objectives. AADME Global will provide relevant information and clarification before the engagement begins.
2. Service Fees and Payment Terms
- All service fees and charges must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

- Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed based on the agreed scope of work, actual services delivered, payment terms, and applicable laws.
Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or remedy that may be required under applicable law.

- For fixed-term projects, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the completed work, ongoing commitments, resources allocated, and contractual obligations.
- Fees for work already completed, milestones achieved, or services already rendered will remain payable.
